From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the complimentary amenities, exceeded our expectations.

Room was clean and spacious. It had a fireplace as well. Loved the coffee machine. View from balcony was gorgeous. The lodge was secluded it felt as though you were the only people there. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Jasper East Cabins felt like a home away from home. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful when a situation arose and I needed help with paperwork being printed. Nothing was a problem at all. Cabin was extremely clean, cosy and fireplace was a bonus. It was peaceful and grounds were clean and well kept. If we are ever back in Jasper would definitely stay here and would highly recommend to everyone.

Beautiful stay in Miette very clean and well kept place with friendly staff. upgraded room without cost which was lovely. Well heated! Only thing I will say is the pressure of the shower almost blew me away and was quiet high so despite the curtain would flood the floor in the bathroom.

Reasonable size rooms, they do need some maintenance. Coffee making facilities were archaic, a Nespresso machine would solve this problem. breakfast was less than desirable and we travelled 70 km back to Jasper for Breakfast.

Very accommodating, stayed a second night, would reccommend

When travelling you need a good shower and a comfortable bed the Ramada has both the bed linen and towels were excellent quality. A good nights sleep was very welcome after a long drive

We enjoyed our stay very much at this Holiday Inn in Hinton. The entire hotel was clean and very comfortable. The manager and service staff were very friendly, welcoming and courteous. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay

We loved the log cabin style resort, a little way from Jasper but the drive there and back is easy and was not an issue

Room was clean and spacious but very hot and we had to open the window to cool it down. No kettle in the room for tea only coffee available but hot water available from the breakfast room which had to be carried in the lift up to the room. Korean restaurant adjacent had good meal choices. Breakfast offered a range of hot and cold dishes, but if you are trying to be more ‘green’, please get rid of the plastic knives and forks (the knives wouldn’t even cut through the omelette) and paper cups and...

Loved the proper walk in shower with a rainfall shower head with good pressure.

Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of parking available. Only issue was the breakfast area is a bit small. Although there is a sign to ask guests to limit their time to 15-20 mins, bot everyone adhered to this so there would be no space to eat during busy periods.
