"The staff (Collette) was great at welcoming us and getting us checked in! Room was decent but nothing special. No fan in the bathroom so it gets dripping wet from the steam. Ice machine was on the 3rd floor (we were on the 2nd floor). Pool area in enclosed and the air temp was like a sauna while the water was very cold.

"Great option for families traveling to or through the Okoboji area. Our room was a 4 Queen bed suite. There were 2 Queen beds when you enter the room. The other 2 beds were in an upstairs area. The upstairs had their own air/heater, tv, closet and table with the beds. Breakfast was included and the nieces and nephews loved the pool and hot tub. They even wanted to swim there in the evening even after swimming in the lake for many hrs earlier in the day. "

It's nice to be out of the hubbub of the more commercial areas of the city and my kid really loves the glass elevator and the waterfall in the lobby. I tried to get room service this time to support the hotel and it wasn't the most user-friendly experience, but it was really good food when it arrived."

The rooms were clean and updated. Some of the common areas had a musty smell and needed a little updating. They also ran out of pool towels, but not a big deal as we used our room towels instead.
