"For being a random choice, wanted a somewhat backwater view with a balcony this was a great find. Also I am a high level Bonvoy member so I love that it is part of the Bonvoy grp. The staff and all were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and seemed modern and newly done.
Only a small improvement as a suggestion.... The timing of service requests should be looked into. And pick up of in room dining trays from the corridors should be done more frequently. Our dnr tray was still...

"Overall it was an amazing experience. Right from the time we entered to the time we left, the whole staff team ensured we are being taken care off at the best.
