The grounds were overgrown and appeared unkept. In one of the rooms we booked the toilet tank was off and they hadn't made note not to book the room. Our room, the hairdryer was missing and I had to go get one. On a postive note, the beds were very comfortable. If you are using the water park it'd be a nice place to stay...

It had a sliding barn style door between the closet and bathroom, updated sink faucet a ton of outlets including those with USB ports, and was very spacious throughout. The bed and desk chair was very comfortable and the AC/Heating unit worked perfectly. Strong water pressure in the shower and sinks. No weird odors in the room or building.
