"Great location and service! Dog friendly and when we're traveling with the pups, we love that! The reason for the 3 stars is simply because the room was a bit shabby, both in cleanliness and furniture/decor. Both needed a deep clean and replacement of several items. Normally I take pictures, but I was in and out quick for this one."

"I was woken up at 4:00 am because the smoke alarm battery died, the damn thing would not stop chirping. I could not call the front desk because my son and grand daughter were asleep. The front desk lady said well you should have called us. That was it.

They immediately apologized and gave us a different room on the 2nd floor & more convenient near the elevator. The rooms were clean except the toilet had a very dark stain. Many areas of wear & tear in the room and other areas. My husband was so disappointed te hot tub was broken. But we enjoyed the nice size indoor, heated pool. Very good breakfast buffet...
