"This hotel is just amazing! The place is beautiful, the thermal pools and spa just wonderful and the restaurant’s quality and variety of food superb. We absolutely loved it! My kids had a blast and my husband and I could relax and enjoy after a day at the slopes. Can’t wait go be back there."

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"This modern hotel was spacious and new which was a nice contrast to some of the older accommodations in the area but it was typical cheap new construction without attention to detail, sloppy paint, cracking drywall seams, unfinished details. The rooms were large and very comfortable with a great view and walkable to the gondola. The pool area was great and we appreciated the garaged parking area. My husband had been injured so it was a nice option to eat at the buffet inside the hotel for dinner...

bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided.
