Arrivés de nuit, avec un brouillard épais, nous sommes arrivés par l'arrière du batiment , où il y a d'autres résidences. Pas d'indication de la réception qui se trouve de l'autre côté de notre batiment, donc pas de contact visible. Après 3/4 heures dans le froid et les chutes de neige, grâce à une cliente, qui vivait la même mésaventure, on a pu appeler la gardienne. En nous...

"Stayed the night before starting the Tour Mont Blanc, Checkin was easy, quick and courteous. The next morning we enjoyed the included breakfast they offered before heading out on our hike for the next 8 days. The hotel does offer safe bag storage for a fee, and all our items were waiting for us when we returned. The staff was extremely friendly during our stay and the room was clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all!"

"From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, we were treated with excellent service by Vincent and his wife. The room was clean, and we had a great view of the mountains, Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful. The hotel is wonderfully decorated, and we enjoyed the sitting areas. By far the nicest hotel we have stayed at during our 11 days in France. We plan to return again someday."
