"This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough."

"Originally we were in the wrong room. Whirlpool was broken door didn’t lock. Management kept saying they were not told. No spray for mosquitoes. Nothing fixed during stay. They had food and tables but no restaurant. Definitely not a four star establishment. One towel for a family. This hotel is very close to Safari Park and the African Queen boat ride. It was very convenient to Victoria falls and other attractions. If the hotel had been run properly It would’ve been a truly stunning and uniquely...

"The David is a lovely hotel, if you stay here your experience will be truly unforgettable. My room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the Zambezi river. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend taking the sunset cruise and coordinating your excursions with their onsite concierge."

"It's a lovely place for a startup. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am sure they will keep on improving with experience. Downside was the poor WiFi connectivity. The food is not exactly the best, but there are good restaurants nearby so if you just want an affordable, clean, peaceful and comfortable place to base at while you experience Livingstone, I strongly recomment Ultima Lodge."

"The staff were friendly and nice, Bridget especially :)
The small breakfast was tasty.
Our room had enough space, though it was a bit outdated, you get what you pay for :D
Mosquito repellent and mosquito net were provided, though we didn't see any mosquitos on our trip. Bathroom was ok. Our room was cleaned every day. Wi-fi was a bit slow but worked most of the time. There's also a little

"This is an older property that was built to be a show pieced with brand name appliances, Samsung and LG, unusual for this part of the world. The property has suffered from a lack of expenditure in upkeep and could be fairly said to be looking a little worn. It also suffers from poor State run infrastructure with the area blacked out every day from 1400-2200. Our stay was saved by dedicated Night Manager whom was friendly and determined to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She pushed the owners...
