Highly recommend
Great stay at a local guesthouse a short walk from the main town road. The manager, Rita, was amazing and helped us organize our activities and answered all our questions. The kitchen facilities were a pleasant surprise and would be great for travelers looking for self catered accommodation.

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable and very clean. Provided information about available tours and sightseeing. Sometimes ran out of provisions so there was less choice of drinks, but made up for it when the supplies were in.

Charmy and friendly place.
Stayed here one night, and really enjoyed it! One of few places I found in Livingstone with both a charm, but still a luxy feel. Great pool area, good dinner and a nice bar. Like everywhere you will be without aircon for a while, but they have backup generators for electricity. Breakfast could have been up one level, but still ok.

Friendly staff, great pool, but mosquitos in room
Our stay at Ngoma Zanga was overall wonderful. The staff were helpful, town and souvenir market were in safe walking distance, food options were minimal but delicious, and the poolside was relaxing and delightful. Our only complaint was mosquitoes in the room. The mosquitoes in Livingstone are out during the day and for whatever reason the staff left the windows in our room and bathroom open so it was filled with mosquitoes when we arrived (no screens on windows). We closed the windows up quick, but it took us at least a day to hunt down and kill all of the mosquitoes already in the room. There was a mosquito net around the bed, but it would have been nice to have less around us in the room. They also failed to mention brown-outs (times when power/electricity would be down) when we checked-in; I had no problem with it, but it would have been nice to know in advance if it was scheduled.

Great small hotel in Livingstone. Clean, comfortable rooms in a relaxed garden setting. The breakfast (included) and the dinners were nicely presented and delicious. Convenient location and very attentive staff. Completely satisfied.

A liitle gem
Loved the place, staff are brilliant. Not a big hotel so always feels private, pool and bar/restaurant area lovely.

Poor 2.0
Absolutely horrible place and management!
This stay was a huge disappointment to say the least, so much is wrong with this place. The entire lodge felt like a scam, everything was fake in many ways with the location being in some noisy neighborhood, the ugly white wall around the small pool area, the small and dirty pool that left you with blue feet as the paint came off, the horrible and tasteless breakfast with its ever repeating music, the pool furniture being removed at the slightest little raindrops, the rooms being very cheaply decorated, and besides too many other things that were simply awful about thus place, beware about the management as they have no correct attitude, no apologies, no forthcomingness in any way, only insults and bad excuses. Stay away from this horrible place! BOYCOTT THIS LODGE!
