"The property was clean and staff were very nice however the hotel is outdated and our room was very hot. Granted we did stay on the 17th floor but I also expected the room to be nicer since I paid an upgrade. They did say they would be updating/remodeling soon. Will come back just might not pay the extra for the upgrade/lounge."

"The hotel used to be my go to for Dallas; however, it is now dated and in need of some upgrades. There were water stains on the ceiling, tub/shower did not drain. The only option for parking is valet. Took 30 minutes to retrieve cars. Lobby smells like gasoline and exhaust. Generally disappointing. "

"The room was very spacious and clean,staff was super nice. The breakfast was ok. There was not a lot of parking due to the restaurants in the area. Overall my stay was comfortable. Next time I'm in Dallas I will be staying there again. Oh I forgot the lobby decor was beautiful."

"We only stayed one night so I liked how close it was to restaurants and bars. Easy to walk around the city, I felt safeand the people were friendly. Only knock on the property was that it didn't have a comforter for the pullout bed. Staff responded right away through text, but weren't onsite any longer. We hung out at the lounge for drinks and dessert while playing games. Staff were super nice and the cheesecake was delicious. I'd stay again, the 50th floor had an amazing view!"
