Although the TV went out during the thunder storm, he came up and figured out how to fix it given the maintenance man was off that day. I can't recall his name but he is a teacher as well. The only problem we encountered was that we traveled too far from Michigan to arrive and our room was not ready. We arrived after 3:00...

"Both Stephanie and another older woman were very pleasant, helpful and sweet.
The room reeked of smoke from the moment we opened the door even though it was non smoking room. Both nights were sold out so couldn’t switch rooms.
The remote didn’t work so couldn’t turn tv on/off, change volume or channel (turned it on from the actual tv). Ms Stephanie kindly sent another remote up but that still didn’t work.
Room didn’t have a shower liner but she took care of that as well and had someone...
