All of the staff members were so friendly and helpful, and breakfasts were *amazing.* It's convenient to Calistoga for dinner (not walkable, but check out the local shuttle that will pick you up at the hotel and take you anywhere in town for $1!) The only minor downside is lack of elevator to the room, but it's only one floor up and they did offer to carry up the luggage for us (we declined).
The location couldn't be beat for our walk to the Single Thread restaurant . "
