"I really enjoyed my visit to Pegasos Royal Hotel. There weren’t really any negatives.
The staff are all extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything you need, really good customer service. I travel alone as a solo woman and I felt 100% safe at all times.
The cleanliness is to a high standard, housekeeping do a fantastic job and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. All around the resort there are staff constantly cleaning both inside and out which was really great.

"Room was great and our cleaning lady was amazing. She sung beautifully whilst she worked and was very pleasant.
We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold.
Pools and beach area great, evening does very good and some sports including gym."

"The hotel is beautiful really 5 stars the crew are wonderful special thanks to Merjen GRM,Yakup and Arzu in lobby bar,the hotel is clean the rooms are cleaned every day the food was very good the personal was excellent,very clean with a lots of hospitality.Everyone is so pleasant.Less places by the pool cause the guests are blocking the chairs.Special thanks to everyone specially the GRM Merjen and the executive chef.We will definitely be back."

"Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice."

"The hotel location and nature is great but the food was tasteless and really poor selection. For wifi you have to pay for it. The outdoor Polo was good but indoor pool area needs attention. İ am sure it will be better in summer but now the activities are quite poor."

"My stay at Riviera Zen was everything I could wish for. The staff was so nice, they upgraded my room to sea view for free cause they had one availible. The pool area was good and always had free sunbeds. Would recommend"

"This hotel refused to let me in even though I had PREPAYED my room and had my RECEIPTS with me to show them! So my money went to nothing and I am now struggeling to get my money back. Never ever take the chance on this hotel."
