"This Hotel was truly exceptional - from the staff to the room and cleanliness to another level - if we come back to Palma we will certainly stay here again - the top terrace was just superb at the end of a long walking stint in the town - lovely comfy sunbeds and a great view with a jacuzzi thrown in too"

"We stayed for 3 nights at this amazing hotel and loved every second of it.
Being honest I thought the price a bit on the high side however it does not disappoint.
We stayed in a Junior Suite with Star Prestige.
I will say that for us Star Prestige made a big impact. The area is a lot quieter than the regular pool, there are sunbeds, bali beds etc. in abundance and the pools are also a lot quieter.

The breakfast was quite extensive and fab facilities including yoga and massages by the pool.
However the roadworks outside the hotel currently made access a little difficult and unfortunately being at the front/ overlooking the Marina was a little noisy at night with late night socialising and cruise ships horns. "

"From the moment I stepped into the hotel I knew it was going to be amazing. The staff were very kind and made me feel very welcome. The from was spotless and had everything you need. I used the ‘indoor’ pool every day which was always clean. The massage I had was so good! I will be returning to this hotel every year 😍"

"Had a room with a view in the 7th floor, however had 2 single beds put together with 2 separate duvets, no double bed available for a traveling couple. Also no coffee/tea station in the room which was disappointing, not what’s expected for a ‘4 star’ rated hotel.
The pool was nice and direct access to the beach was a big plus. "

"The Absolute best!! They will happily watch your bags before checkin and after checkout. Customer service was excellent. Jimena was FABULOUS!! She checked us in, set us up with the Puro hotel on the WhatsApp, gave us fabulous recommendations on where to go and what to eat in La Palma and absolutely went out of her way to make our time at the hotel AND the city incredible. "Great hotel that’s updated and clean. We loved breakfast by the pool and the easy beach access from the property. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative we experienced is the AC was not working, maybe only 5% so the room was a tad hotter than my liking. It is in the British party district but we didn’t have any issues with noise. Would stay here again!"
