Egal ob beim Check in, im Restaurant oder im spa Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl hier sehr willkommen zu sein und haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch Raphael aus dem spa, der extra für uns 30 Minuten früher zur Arbeit gekommen ist, damit wir alle eine Massage bekommen ( es war sonst alles ausgebucht)

"The only thing I can tell against, that it was cold in the room when I arrived, heating wasn't turned up before my arrival.
Other than that the room is spacious, has a sofa in addition to the double bed, a desk with chair, Wifi is also OK.
Bed does not have a "black hole" in the middle, in perfekt shape, nice firm and comfortable."

was tasty and we appreciate that the staff checked regularly if we needed something. A big shopping centre was just a few steps from the hotel including supermarkets. We recommend this hotel without hesitation ❤"

Ein Erlebnis war die Toilette. Die wurde nachträglich am Balkon gebaut. Sowas haben wir noch nicht gesehen.
Schreckliche durchgelegenen Matratzen. TV war mini und schlechtes Bild.
Frühstücks Buffet etwas spärlich. Nur Filter Cafe. Cappuccino muß extra bezahlt werden.
