Hotels in Thankey

Fort kochi is a beautiful heritage hotel, well maintained and full of wonderful history. It is furnished tastefully and has much charm. The staff in all sections are amazing, every staff member we dealt with from the gentleman who opened the main door to us on arrival, to the staff who attended to us in our rooms, in the bar, reception and restaurant were exceptional. The complementary breakfast and afternoon tea were such a bonus. The only negative comment - I wish we could have some daylight...

Very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was a total of 7 rooms on board, so it was good to mix and chat to the other guests. The crew on the houseboat were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Always willing and happy to help. Food was excellent, but keep in mind there is no alcohol, as seems to be case everywhere in Kerala. We will happily come back again.

My stay was only for few hours, as I had to catch a flight in the night. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is good, except the bathroom fixtures have slightly old look. Hotel is close to major shopping centers. Maharaja Metro is less than a KM walk.

Our stay on marvel cruise was fantastic from start to finish. Very professional crew . Location is a little difficult to find but once there the trip is great. I would recommend this houseboat over and above others that we have been on.

Fresh food, much of it grown on site. Real milk from cows.

It’s a beautiful property and staff is very helpful

From start to finish our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, they even managed to book a train trip for us which at such late notice was no mean feat! The food was delicious, the room beautifully decorated and the amenities extremely well maintained. We took the complimentary sunset cruise and did a cooking class which was a lot of fun.

A quiet and clean place to get away from things and think. Unintrusive efficient service with good food. If you need to do shopping can easily go to Allepey by autos outside hotel 11km. Revi Karunakaran museum in Allepey is well worth a visit.
