Outstanding service. Such a beautiful hotel

I use this hotel post arrival and pre departure when flying, given it proximity and reliability in getting to and from the airport.

Excellent modern property with lovely spacious rooms. The hotel uses the latest in technology with electronic drapes and clearly marked lighting modes. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the pool bar served delicious cocktails and wood fired pizzas at very reasonable prices. What’s not to like. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the complimentary airport transfers make it a perfect location for those transiting in Nairobi. Would happily stay...

Great, convenient and comfortable stay between flights. Staff were amazing!

I had a wonderful comfortable room with ensuite. It was quiet and clean, the staff were very friendly. There is a driver if you want to go on any tours. The breakfast was lovely, there was no buffet as it was low season, but an al a carte menu and snack menu were available. I just found the place so relaxing with amazing gardens and wildlife, I loved that it wasn’t busy.

This small hotel is in a fabulous location- close to the Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum and the National Park. Karen is a lovely green area. The hotel has lovely open areas to sit. The cafe serves good meals at reasonable prices. The hotel arranged for the driver, Steven, to pick me up from the airport. He also took me to the national park and museums etc. I can highly recommend him too.

I will staybagain so close to the airport with complimentary airport transfer even at 4.30am. The fact it is attached to a small shopping mall makes it fantastic and safe for shopping during airport stopover or early morning flights

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We experienced amazing service throughout the stay. We also used the spa and it was incredible.

Arrival is a little unsettling as the driveway is very steep and security rummage through the car and your luggage but once you’re through it’s a beautiful hotel. Various options for eating, really helpful staff - and an extremely clean and well-maintained property. We did have an issue with water not flowing through the shower drain fast enough to stop flooding but this was sorted out within 30 minutes. Andrew enjoyed a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again; and recommend.
