"It’s a boutique hotel so it’s on the small side but that was a positive because the staff really focus on giving you the best treatment/ service. The view was beautiful, the pool and beach are stunning. It is a pebble beach but you can still swim in it. It’s a 18 min walk to Yalikavak marina and 30 min drive to bodrum city so it’s a perfect location. The staff are the sweetest and they pay attention to detail, any complaints are solved promptly. The restaurant there has delicious food as well....

"The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Hatis on reception. She is a lovely and kind young lady and nothing was too much trouble. Towels and bedding changed every 3 days, bins emptied daily. This aparthotel is a few steps away from the beach and a short walk into the village. We are returning in August. Accommodation not fancy but has everything you need and the cleanliness is excellent."

"Great two-star hotel! Comfortable beds, perfectly proportioned breakfast. Staff is wonderful, albeit limited English, but then I don't speak any Turkish. That's part of the adventure. "After spending 5 days sailing the Aegean Sea along teh coast I did not think the trip could get any better until we arrived here. We were greeted with a friendly and professional staff whose #1 aim is to please and ensure the satisfaction of our trip. "We loved this hotel. A bit pricier than surrounding hotels but it is very worth it. It’s not crowded, the staff is friendly, they will go above and beyond to try and get you free parking (otherwise there is a nearby parking lot for a daily fee). They have a great setup with beds on the water. It’s in a great location as well. The room was nice and clean. There is also a swimming pool which I didn’t expect. The breakfast was one of the best we had!! Definitely recommend you splurge and stay here....

" I stayed at Maxxroyal in Bodrum from June 26 to July 2, 2024. Generally, the hotel is very luxurious, with a great beach, pools, gym, and many amenities. However, we found a few serious problems with our room as follows: There was a panel that divided the room into two sections. "It was the last week of the season, so understandable for some thing's. This hotel is definitely not a 5*. We have stayed at 4* and 5* at opening and closing weeks, this is no where near. The good - Branded drinks, JD, Smirnoff, Baileys. The soft furnishings, seating, pool area etc are all lovely and to a high standard. The not so good - No drinks menu at the bar, run out of mixers and drinks. The food selection was minimal, warm at best and struggled to put a meal together for the 3 sittings...
