"Great"

"Each rooms are like apartments. It comes with kitchen and living room. Restaurants, shops are right there. Great staff if you need anything. I stay here every time I visit my family. Only thing that I would like is a door man. No automatic door and there are stairs to the lobby. When you have a luggage, there is no one to open the door for you or help with the luggage. It’s a struggle for an old woman. "

"Bathtub was dirty and had hair in it, specifically booked the room for the jacuzzi tub and was deeply disappointed. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard…"

"The TV in our 1st room did not work - did not find out until we unpacked. Luckily there was a different room close by for us to move to. AND the vent from the AC blows right on the bed - i.e the person who sleeps on that side now has a head cold. The fan has to be on or the room gets 'stuffy' real quick. Needs a deflector on the vent. "

"Front desk staff excellent and friendly. Good breakfast and friendly staff there as well."
