"The hotel room was updated and clean and is situated on a beautiful beach. We enjoyed how it is a smaller hotel and more quaint. The pool was nice but all of the cushions on the outdoor furniture on the patio were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre but we did arrive at it late so maybe that is why. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel but we did enjoy our experience there for what we paid. "

"The rooms are spacious. I stayed for four nights and had to work from the room much of the week, so the desk space was very helpful and the overall room size was very comfortable. The in-room coffee is adequate, and the complimentary daily coffee in the lobby is a nice added feature. I also needed to print documents during my stay, and the business center worked perfectly for that purpose. The staff is fine—perhaps not overly friendly, but certainly not unfriendly. The location is really the key point of the stay. It is right in the middle of everything in the Boca Raton area, making it very convenient. "They were going to charge me $30 for checking in 25 min early! The room made us sneeze like crazy. There was NO HOT WATER! We called downstairs and they told us it happens sometimes but they had no maintenance. Front desk just said sorry the next morning and never offered any compensation. We never got to take a shower. The pillows and bed were horrible. We came into town for a funeral. This couldn't have been a more horrible experience. "

"This is not a typical motel. There is no offfice or check in I all needs to be done on line. Very confusing. The person I talked to did not seem to know anything about the motel!"

"I purchase the premium bedroom with a queen size bed, instead I have a full size bed on a queen sized frame. Also, the Internet speed get overwhelmed in the afternoon (even Netflix keeps loading every 5 minutes) dirty floors, have to wear flip flops all the time. And lastly when they got in to clean, they just only did the bed but they left all garbage cans full, and they didn't clean the bathroom."

"Upon arriving early, we were told that our room was cleaned and ready. I asked for access to the room and was told that there would be a $25 charge to enter the room before 2:00pm. EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS READY! It’s not about the money. It’s just a ridiculous policy. Way too busy with private events and conventions. From trying to get a seat at the pool, a plate at the breakfast buffet, or long waits to get in an elevator. I’m not sure if we’ll be returning. "

"Dirty beds, everything is old, carpet smells horrible, bathrooms and shower are disgusting, everything is falling apart. HORRIBLE PLACE. "
