"Unfortunately, the restaurant within the hotel does not serve lunch. There is no bar area by the pool. The Starbucks Café is understaffed and lines were too long to get food or drinks."

"Great location short walk 10 minutes to Atlantic Ave. Nice room with minifridge and microwave, weight room, small pool but fine for a quick dip. Great value for the money."

"A very rundown property with little or no maintenance.on a 2 day stay the water never drained from bathroom sink. Groups partying around cars late at night.Very noisy with music and loud conversation well into the early morning.I am a single traveler just looking for good night sleep in a clean quiet moderately maintained room with basic amenities and this property did not provide."

"The young man who checked me in was wonderful, he even offered me a late check out of 12:00 due to the time of my check in which was around 1AM At about 10:55AM I received a call from the office telling me I had to be out of the room by 11:00 because they were sold out for the night -the gentleman was rude, angry, argumentative and unreasonable I explained to him about the late check out I was given and he told me "too bad, I needed to be out of the room immediately -I tried reasoning with him and told him I needed time to gather my belongings and get dressed, eventually he agreed to give me until 11:30 (after 10-15minutes of yelling and threatening me on the phone) I told him I would be out of the room as quickly as I could 1 minute later he was banging on the door, hindering any chance of me getting ready to leave This went on for about 10 minutes then he called the police on me and an officer arrived at my door at 11:41AM, as I was opening the door to check out, Obviously I had done nothing wrong other than spend money to stay in a hotel after a long flight and drive before a business meeting (which thanks to your employees I was unprepared for and completely stressed out) So thank you very much... I will NEVER be staying/recommending your business to anyone "

"Clean room, clean bathroom and smell good. Staff courtesy. Good breakfast. Outside facilities are not clean and needs remodelation. However, the experience was good. "

"The kitchen look nothing like the picture on the website. Confuse to why there is no door on the shower. Water did not get hot as I like it. Staff nice room clean I would recommend."

"The resort feels like a Caribbean oasis nestled between the tall high rise buildings that line the rest of the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, food was delicious and the resort had everything we needed to relax and take a break from reality for a few days. The 2 pools was ideal so that we could avoid the families with small children. We will certainly be back…"

"Clean room with small balcony with a view of ocean. Beach was nice with chairs and umbrellas provided along with some toys for kids. Narrow lot so space was tight on the beach for a busy weekend. Hotel requires valet parking. Damaged car and valet company and hotel have not helped or responded. Very expensive for value, especially given damage to our car."
