Excellent location. Wonderful service. And very comfortable room. I especially loved the personal touch with the room Bunter Teller.

Beautiful spot to relax. Lovely staff. It's a little remote but there is a local bus to Trier about 15 mins walk away.

We enjoyed superb food and service for dinner and breakfast. The terrace overlooking the river is a magical dining spot. The staff were very helpful and the room and bed gave us deep sleep. Our bikes stayed outside. Perhaps a roof for bike parking would be great.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. The hotel was well kept & laid out. Easy access to get around the city. Trier is an amazing city. I needed more than 3 days. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The staff at Nells Park understand and practice hospitality well! The service during our stay was fantastic. Rooms and all amenities excellent. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here - both were outstanding. If this hotel was closer to the beaten track, I would rate it 11/10. Highly recommend it!

Directly opposite the Porta Nigra, with a hop-on bus stop just through the entrance to the monument. Very handy to everything Good breakfast, helpful staff.

I'd never considered staying at a Best Western in Europe, but this was a pleasant surprise. Well located, specious, friendly.

Close enough to centre of town to cycle or walk but also well served by local bus routes. Atmosphere in eating area is superb as is the food.
