However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. "You literally get what you pay for. It's a brand new hotel, but still a budget hotel. The staff whilst are lovely and friendly are so clueless as to what is going on. You walk into a grand entrance with an automated grand piano then it's all downhill from there. There are no credit card facilities, and then are empty show rooms just doing nothing.
