Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices. Great dive, shop, knowledgeable guide, helpful crew. Fantastic dive sites; turtles, reef sharks, stingrays, nudibranches, giant clams.Recommend for a great dive experience.

Do not be con on upgraded rooms , check your book room first before accepting the upgraded room as you'll find you'll be better off with one you have booked. Upgraded room do not have fridge , no hot water , I have to use cold skier for 3 days, paints are peeling in most area of the bathroom, overall , it's not worth P6800 per night, it's more like $50 per night with all the default in the room. Stay away from room 405 and 404, both rooms are old and bathroom is not nice . For the amount of money I pay for the room, I do not think it was worth it. I think this hotel lose their will to retain guests. Overall , resorts swimming pool were nice ,

Very disappointed in this property and with Hotels.com as I rang up to clarify the location and about this hotel. This was over 1 hour from where we were for work and was disgusting. Never staying there again

The hotel has a facility on a nearby island which is well shaded and has plenty of tables and chairs. It will cost 2450 for a boat to get there. Snorkeling from the beach is nice. We took our own gear. There were no stingers when we were there. Food had to be arranged with the hotel restaurant and taken with you as there is none at the island. Drinks were available but were not cold. The resort makes a big deal about not bringing food but the alacarte menu is mostly not available. It is a shame because the menu looked great. We were very disappointed. There are 3 pools and a dive training pool with some little reef sharks and other fish. We wanted to see the fish feeding but for some reason it didn't happen at the time we were told. Overall it was ok but management need to take control of the operation to make it better

Over all a nice place to stay. Great service. Helpful staff. Facilities are a bit old but clean and serviceable. If traveling with children and elderly better call and ask for rooms near the main reception as some of the cottages may be difficult for them to get to.

Friendly staffs, breakfast buffet was not so good. Terrace hotel is better than cabanas.

The roof/ceiling had a leak that always resulted to having a small pond of water in the room everytime it rains. Reported this immediately on the first day but their solution was to wipe the floor dry and leave a towel to absorb any drip as if saying i just have to live with it. A room transfer would have been a better solution
