Reception bit slow

This hotel was perfect for us as we just wanted somewhere to sleep between our trip from Penang to Malecca. Room was small, clean, comfortable, well priced and close to the bus terminal. Food places just across the road in shopping mall, with both Kentucky Fried and McDonalds less the 5 mins walk away. Nothing much to do around if you do not have your own transport. Less then 10 minutes walk to bus terminal, very convenient.

Fabulous small boutique hotel in a quiet and safe street, and easily accessible to old town and new town. Debbie and her team are so hospitable. There are 2 buildings directly opposite each other. Our 2 night stay was in a Suite and the room was beautiful. Absolutely spic and span and well designed, plenty of room. The breakfast is great. Choice of western or asian style, with help yourself area as well, and it is all very fresh and delicious. A wonderful stay.

My experience from check-in to check-out was smooth. Excellent service by the staff and I love the variety offered for breakfast. The room was clean and cozy. Definitely the best property to stay in Ipoh.

Very nice room .the building is situated in a kind of mall with some renovations underway which will increase food options.big shopping centre over the road and only a short grab into Ipoh centre.

Room was spotless, great communication, easy entry and access, the view is absolutely amazing and breath taking Will definitely recommend for family and couples

Stayed 2 nights at this amazing retreat in Ipoh with my wife, in an overwater villa. The meditation cave and steam cave helped to ease away tension but we found the hotspring dipping pools were absolutely the best for relaxation, particularly the private spa in our villa. Jeff's cellar was a revelation - how do I get one! The staff were great, very attentive and knowledgeable about all aspects of the retreat. The most beautiful stay - superb staff and amenities. The food is also spectacular. Can't wait to go back!
