Apart from arriving two hours early to when checkin started and front desk staff offering an extra charge to get into our room early which was ready (we declined), all went smoothly from there on. Room was lovely and spacious, breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options. The pool was great, other than on the weekend when it was full of little people. Location close to takeaways, and Walmart.

Located on the bank of the South Saskatchewan River at River Landing, the Alt Hotel is beautifully situated opposite the Remai Modern Art Museum and a short walk to downtown and Broadway Avenue on the other side of the river. My room on the 8th floor had a lovely view of the river and was very modern and well equipped. Apart from dust and lint on the window ledges, the room was otherwise very clean. Staff were friendly and professional which is always appreciated by guests.

This property is very new and all of the facitlities were first class. Staff were attentive and helpful. Our stay was marred by a barking dog in one of the other rooms which continued for 6 hours. After we made a complaint to staff we were given another room but unfortuately could still hear the constant barking of the dog. The next day we were informed by staff that they had contacted the owner of the dog after our second complaint and he returned to the hotel to quieten the dog. Out stay...

For us It was perfect for our time in Saskatoon. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. It was good to have 2 restaurants in the Hotel. Staff were always helpful and We would stay here again.

Great family breakfast included. Loved the waffles.
