"We stayed one night after traveling 14 hours when we just wanted a comfortable bed and a hot shower in the morning, no one mentioned that they had no not water we found out in the morning when my daughter was screaming because the water was freezing. I called to let them know they said they were aware of the issue and they were working on it. We spoke to a couple other guests and they told us they hadn’t had hot water for two days. There was also no ice in any of the ice makers , when we discussed it with the ladies at the front desk they seemed unconcerned with the hot way situation and told us we could get ice at the restaurant. Overall was very disappointed. I could not even shower because I can not handle freezing water. "

"Room 222 smelled like old Chinese food and the floor turned my socks black and feet. Room 214 floor was extremely dirty and turned feet and socks black."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 2/25/26-2/28/26 for the proximity to the Air Force graduation ceremony for my brother-in-law. The hotel and our room were clean, welcoming and comfortable, with a very nice full breakfast every morning in the lobby. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a great experience with a very convenient location to many areas we explored. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Pool was out of season but it was very clean and inviting. The staff were sort of detached, not bad but not welcoming. The breakfast was okay, clean and available, but the selection was limited compared to what we are used to at Marriot hotels. "

"Small hotel, breakfast ends at 9:30am, it would've been nice if it could have ended at 10am. Floors near elevator were dirty, there was a eaten chicken wing in the floor of the elevator all night. Pool was green not clear. Parking was good, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was very nice. Good place for the price I paid. "

"Room was not cleaned and asked to switch room and person at the desk didn’t believe me and went to the room and when he saw it was in fact dirty there was no apology or sorry for the inconvenience but rather gave me two keys for the room next door . Room wasn’t any better but got tired of the back and forth "
