This hotel also has long term guests because it is awesome. The owner / manager is always trying extra miles to help every guest, treat them like a family. My late checking in, my transport and my last day checking out has never been so looked after. The value is far beyond what’s been paid for. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The guest relations team especially went above and beyond to ensure we had a great honeymoon. The resort is not cheap, but i believe to be worth the money. So save your pennies before you arrive so you can really enjoy your stay! The food is to die for! I cannot recommend a night at the floating bar and restaurant enough. Truly an enjoyable, one of a kind experience.

Unfortunately we only spent 4 nights at the Palmiste and were very sorry to leave. We could have very happily stayed another week or two. The hotel is set in beautiful tropical gardens and is well maintained. There are 3 different, clean swimming pools. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious with a nice balcony. There is a kettle and fridge but unfortunately no tea and coffee etc. There is a small supermarket 200m along the road though. Remember to bring your plug adaptor as the sockets...
