"We have already decided that we will stay at this same hotel the next time we visit Taipei. The hotel is conveniently located without being too close to the main attractions/shopping areas. There are many very good cafes/bakeries/restaurants very close by.
The hotel had a nice layout and felt welcoming. Our room was very comfortable. The staff were always so polite and helpful. We did not try the restaurants in the hotel, but all the food looked amazing. Note that some of the meal sets do require advance notice (a couple days at least) so be sure to inform the staff if you are interested in those options.
I would love to see a water bottle refill station in the future! (Free water bottles are provided in the room)"

The only thing to improve on is that they need to clean their dehumidifier water holding container in the room, it was covered with a thick layer of gunk.

Checking in and checking out were easy and didn’t take much time. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were polite and helpful.
The station for the bus #1960 taking us to and from the airport is conveniently located at a short distance from the hotel.
