"Historic hotel and near everything you need. Room was in such bad condition the hotel refunded the valet parking and half my stay. Exterior window frame so broken you couldn’t close the window, bed linens made up with badly stained duvet, pen scribbles on the walls, bathroom was dirty with vent so clogged with dirt it didn’t work…left with a written apology from the hotel. At $500+ a night it should have been much nicer…
Staff were lovely and helpful. Zoe’s breakfast was ok.
Parking was frustrating - valet was $70 a night
If I’d have been in the city more those two days I’d have found a better place.
If you go here, get a full suite or don’t bother. The chain hotels at a mid price point as just as good. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed this place. The room was clean and cosy, room service happened each and every day and service person was efficient. They served lot of varieties in breakfast and quality was really good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay entirely."
