"This property was great, their was two rooms in the building with a shared kitchenette, there was some basic utensils in the kitchen and a washing machine which was a huge bonus. The room I stayed in is large and spacious, the host provided clear instructions on how to enter the room etc. I recommend this property to anyone staying in Split that doesn't want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle but in walking proximity to everything."

"Location / 15 mins lovely walk to the port - less if you want to be in the heart of Split. Just simply the kindest receptionist you will ever meet ready to help with local information- just sad I didn’t note her name, but you know who you are. Bedroom so clean , air con. Bath robes, clean towels, shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast- everything you could want inc scrambled eggs. FABULOUS! 10 out of 10 from me!!"

"Property was a bit hard to find. Yea it’s in a popular building, however the entire building is under construction. The building is actively being worked and covered when arrived i wasn’t informed where or how to access the entry since the hotel was in the 3rd floor. I had to call to get those details. The room had a carpet that didn’t look well kept but was still clean. It was very spacious and clean bathroom with an amazing location. Oh and you can hear the construction in the early mornings."

"We highly recommend this accommodation. The hotel is historic, charming, and in a quieter section within the palace walls. We stayed outside the walls the first couple of nights and then stayed within the walls. It's quite special to wander around in the evening, not worry about traffic, and return to this property. The best part of our stay is Edita and Ivan. They are welcoming, courteous, helpful and provide the small touches that make Split so wonderful."
