Bijou apartment in a trendy and safe neighbourhood
Beautiful apartment in a very busy area close to excellent restaurants and trendy bars only 3 mins from Sol. But of course the downside is bit of late night noise from the bustling street. To start your stay, one needs to pick up a key from the managing agents who are 15 mins walk away and then go to the 4th floor apartment via a lift. As it is in the eaves, the ceiling height is not great for tall people but for kids it's great. There is ample space with a double bed and a sofa bed. The fixtures and fittings are very high quality and look new. The only downside is that there is a 70 euro cleaning fee to be paid to the managing agents which is regardless of the length of stay which should be more obviously stated by Hotels.com. But even so it still gives great value for money for such a place.

Fiquei no apartamento no 3 andar !!! Excelente localização próximo ao metro Sol e Gran via … região de compras . Tem um mercado muito bom bem na frente apartamento . A uma quadra esta a praça de Santa Ana com umas 10 opções de restaurantes. O apartamento equipado com cozinha americana completa e 2 quartos . Super recomendo!!!! 👏👏👏

아주 깨끗하고 맘에드는 곳이였어요~ 호텔이 아닌 렌탈이라 꼭 9시전에 가셔서 체크인을 해야합니다. 체크인장소도 다르니 주의하시고 가세요~ 집의상태는 정말 만족했습니다 번화가 쪽이라 교통도 정말 만족스러웠구요 술집이 근처에 있어 살짝 시끄러울수있으니 주의하셔도 좋을듯 합니다
