Quarto tinha cabelo pelo chão, inclusive dentro do frigobar, uma das fronhas tinha marca de baba, parecia que estava fechado há alguns dias e não foi limpo corretamente, a torneira do banheiro estava quebrada e vazando. Café da manhã bom, mas acredito que final de semana tenha mais variedade.

Razoável. Ar condicionado travado, sem opção de variação de temperatura, seja para baixo ou para cima. Fizemos um pedido de delívery. Solicitamos ao hotel pratos e talheres. Não tinha. Foi nos oferecido pratos e talheres de plático. Solicitei cama de casal, foi nos apresentado 2 camas de solteiros encostados uma a outra.Pelo valor pago, achei que deveria ter mais opções. Já me hospedei em hotéis mais baratos com infra estrutura e acomodações beeeem melhores. Não me hospedo mais nesse hotel. As recepcionistas foram educadas e simpáticas. Pena as falhas na prestação de serviço.
