The owner was not on the premises when we arrived and we were not able to contact her via phone with our international plan. Had to stop strangers to call her. She said she sent us an email, but we truly never received one. She asked us what time we would like her to prepare our breakfast. In the morning, she knocked and gave us a very nice basket breakfast. While it was very good, she told us the dining area was full (as it’s only a table for 4 people) and we needed to eat in our room. The following morning, she was a no-show. Sent us an email we received hours later saying she was sick and would refund us $30. Also a nice gesture, but quite after the fact, leaving us confused and annoyed all morning. While the property, room, and breakfast were great, the communication left us sorely disappointed. Had a great time, nonetheless.
