10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was everything you want in a hotel. The staff was excellent. The room clean and modern. The bathtub was actually big enough to soak in. The airport shuttle was personalized, so when you needed to go, they would take you. Highly recommend.

8/10 Very good

The staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The grounds were nice and there was a park across the street. The hotel could use new flooring throughout the halls, the carpet is getting pretty dated. The room was nice-plenty of hot water, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I would suggest adding towel rods in the bathroom-there is nowhere to hang wet towels/washcloths other than one hook on the back of the door or the shower rod. I would definitely stay here again though.

6/10 Good

The property was great. The staff were great. Pool and facilities were wonderful. The only reason for the okay rating was I paid for the upgraded room with extra space on Expedia and when we got to our room, it was just the regular room.
