Situation - fantastic. Lots of free parking nearby, or even in front of the property. A few minutes walk into the old town of Otranto and situated literally next door to one of Otranto's best restaurants, (very quiet, generating zero noise).
The room was great but was showing some signs of wear, (shower head "flopped about", door lock literally came apart in my hand. The curtains didn't keep out much light but my wife had an eye-mask and I wasn't that bothered by it
Now the best bit - the staff and breakfast! If you want a full-on Italian experience, you will get it here! It's totally chaotic in that bubbly, friendly enjoyable way. Everyone was operating at breakneck speed, with the man in charge rushing in during the last morning of our stay, bearing freshly baked breads and pastries - yummy. If you like a hot breakfast, you could be disappointed but for everyone else, the range and quality of breakfast was hugely impressive and very...very enjoyable.
I absolutely loved the place and recommend it wholeheartedly, (if they fix that door lock and shower head!). Oh, I nearly forgot the best bit - at under £60 a night - an absolute bargain!
