The staff at the hotel was very friendly and always willing to help you, the pool is very clean and everything is tidy around the pool and has a wonderful view and the pool is quite big, even bigger than in the photos, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy and the hotels are relatively new and also the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of food and I really have no complaints.

Plus: Nice, clean, big room (family suite). Great view. Great roof top pool. Great gym. Friendly staff. Decent location (close to SkyTrain, safe area, restaurants nearby). Minus: A bit of a wait for the elevators (only 2 working), expensive drinks in the roof top bar. Breakfast was good but not great. Overall a good to very good experience.

Beautiful, clean rooms with an amazing view of the city! Great central location with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, cafes and there is a 7-11 and Starbucks attached to the hotel - so convenient! The all you can eat breakfast buffet was so plentiful and the hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

Enjoyable stay with nice view! Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The infinity pool is with a nice view. The TV is a bit old and the water pressure of the shower is not so strong. 10minutes walk from BTS station. 7-eleven is just downstairs.
