A great hotel is you want to be centrally located, minutes from the main railway station, tram and metro. Hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptional, especially Marco who was great for helping plan my visit. The house keeping was the best I've seen from any hotel in a long time.

We spent one night in this hotel. We were greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable worker called Nadia. She explained how the property worked and showed us a map of the city of Naples and labelled all the tourist spots. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

It was conveniently located to the train station, but it's not a great neighborhood. The hotel is hard to maneuver since we had rooms on two floors with kids. There are different codes to enter each floor. One of the rooms was more of a closet with 3 beds. It felt old, dirty, and we couldn't wait to leave.

Staff and service was stellar! Convenient location - main train station is close by, plus most main attractions are walkable. Sound proof windows so didn’t hear any noise from the street and used air instead. We were located on the floor where the eating area was, so in the morning it can get kind of noisy. They offer breakfast for €5 per day or plenty of places nearby to eat as well. They also offer day tours, so the trip to Pompeii was made easily. The shower did overflow quite easily and looks like a lot of mineral buildup so probably needs a deep cleaning. Aside from that, I would recommend staying here.
