Arrived and was told that there was no booking and the place was full...Still got charged.
No manager on site just the cleaner who didn't speak english and a guest had to translate

Nice hotel but AC is bad for 1st Floor
Hotel is good and is at stones throw from sakinaka Metro Station, but the AC for 1st floor is pathetic but ground floor its good..
