This is a perfect place to stay close to all the stores and restaurants, but far enough away to have quiet. There are two lovely restaurants right across the way that have a beautiful view of the water. The breakfast is excellent with fresh baked bread and omelettes. This is a beautiful place to stay and I would definitely go back. The breakfast was extremely outstanding and delicious. Fantastic hotel. Perfectly located, easy walking distance to the center of town, but far enough out that there was no issue with noise. We had two balconies one with a beautiful sea view and another one overlooking the street. The location is convenient to the Kas town center close to restaurants and shopping. They also have their own parking lot which made parking convenient.
