This property has a great view of the lake. This property is kept in immaculate condition by the owners and staff. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Our room had great a/c and even had a dehumidifier - you have to stay other places without one to appreciate how great it is to have one. The location is great - central to New Hampshire and easy to get everywhere. I would stay here again.

Such amazing views, friendly staff and owners, salt water pool was amazing, cute little cabins and rooms, beds were extremely comfortable, dog friendly, rooms were beautiful and clean, next to a gift shop, ice cream & candy store, short walk to the weirs pier but Tower hill was a workout, bars open till 2am. Just amazing. I didn’t want to leave. I will be staying here again!!!

This place was amazing! We stayed in a cottage, and it was meticulously clean and newly renovated. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the view is spectacular! The salt water pool was great, too! The owners were so hospitable and lovely to chat with! My only drawback was we were only booked for a one night stay. Can’t wait to return to this location! Definitely a must visit!

As its name hints to, the Grand View is appropriately named. The vista of Lake Winnipesaukee and surroundings hills/mountains is stunning, I could have spent my 3 days just appreciating the sight. The owners were friendly, helpful and offered the use of the main building's wrap around porch to enjoy more of the 'grand view.' We stayed in a motel unit and it seemed the unit was recently redone from floor to ceiling. It was inviting, clean and comfortable with a smart TV, coffeemaker and supplies as well as a microwave wave and refrigerator. The bath was supplied with abundant towels and toiletries. Outside, the grounds and pool area were well groomed and maintained. A grill is available for the guests use, if desired, but there was no true kitchenette in the unit as shown on the Expedia website. The pool area is spacious, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, floats and towels at hand. We were invited to use the fire pit, but we didn't have time to enjoy an evening under the stars. The Grand View resort is close to Weirs Beach, as well as, many areas for family fun and dining. A quick walk across property lines will direct you to a local ice cream shop. (Yes, we did enjoy a scoop or two of the homemade treat.) Looking forward to our next stay at the Grand View.
