I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The hotel exceeded expectations and made everything hassle free. Rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, service was prompt, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience.

This is a very clean hotel for budget travelers. Accommodations are expensive in Singapore but the Hotel promises were located in a non tourist neighborhood (someone told me it was a red light district but I did not notice anything suspicious or dangerous whatsoever) and the accommodation price was reasonable. Used grab to move around the city, the subway system is not so near.

no laundry services on site, I had to walk 4 blocks to get it done. The sound from the neighbors and outside the hotel was so loud. The hotel room I was in smelled like mold and chemicals. The staff were really nice and helpful. It was impossible to contact the hotel/property manager to complain.

Great location with many local eateries just around the corner. Rooms were clean staff was awesome, friendly and even returned my $100 when I lost my receipt. A special thank you to Mao Mee ( receptionist) for her assistance when I lost my passport at the local restaurant. Overall, exceptional experience in every way.
