A very clean, comfortable, and modern room. The staff was great and quickly answered any questions and requests. The area was nice and we could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, the Prado, and Metro. Just a little street noise that woke us up, but we can't blame the partiers, Real Madrid had just won the final!

My room was very small and internal - I spoke to the receptionist who was very nice but could do nothing as there was zero availability. Anyway, the room was OK but I felt it was kind of basic. The echos of peoples footsteps walking past the room were noticeable but the real downer was the neighbouring rooms shower shared a wall so you could hear very loudly the flow of water when it was used. The location is central which is probably the best thing I could say.
