For the price It was very clean for the most part, the patio was nice and quiet and had a kitchen, just a shame all the cuttlery has been stolen and people leavr dirty dishes about buy not the hotels fault, beds are basic but expected but extremely clean sheets if noone else steals them, noise from outside during the night is a bit loud but bearable it's the other guests coming in talking loudly at 2am and banging into your bed while trying to sleep but again no fault of the hotel they have rules written everywhere some people are just disrespectful, overall very pleased especially for the prices

It looks like a prison. It was under major construction and smelled like paint. The staff was incredibly rude. I have never written a bad review, but avoid this at all costs. I had to leave my nephew there, but I rented a room at another hostel because there was no way I was staying there… The stairs were blocked off, major fire hazard. Avoid at all costs, The staff wouldn’t even call my nephew a taxi…

It’s a good option for staying close to the action in Madrid, the sol and gran vía area. It is also very affordable but unfortunately you can see that for being able to offer such low prices they are quite understaffed, and that results in long waiting queues at the checkin counter, and the minimal cleaning of the rooms.

Room was a disaster. Dirty beds, sheets "cleaned" but had a terrible odor, Mold in the shower, Broken lockers, Exposed wires from bed lamp, Unsanitary and unsafe living conditions. Someone was messing with my bag in the middle of the night.
