The only discomfort for me is that the air-conditioner is placed immediately above my bed and so the wind keeps blowing above my head. Otherwise, it's conveniently located with car parking facility, good breakfast and washing machines.

Friendly staff and nice hotel that gives the vibe of a youth hostel, but still very quiet en peacefull. You have a kitchen, laundry service and a nice resting zone at the main floor. Attractions: 10 to 20 min walking distance from the Tombs. It is a bit further from the palace and Wolji pond but still doable if you like to walk through a beautiful park.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was limited, and the only cooked option was eggs and toast that guests needed to cook themselves, although the food and drinks were very good quality. The hotel is located very close to the bus stations, bicycle rentals are available nearby and there are also lots of restaurants nearby too. The bedroom was very spacious and the en-suite bathroom was great with a very powerful shower. It was also very good value for money.

For the price, the place is truly unbelievable. It seemed to be recently renovated. New air-conditioning, TV, elevator, etc. The place was clean; manager was kind, breakfast was free, close to the bus terminal and numerous restaurants. There was also semi valet parking.

Stayed a comfortable 2 nights. Room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly. They provided towels and water each day. The only downside for me is the brightness of the lights on the control panel on the wall. I couldn’t figure out a way to cover it for complete darkness at bedtime. Great deal. Room was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer, towels, soap, bottled water, and slippers provided. Soundproofing of the room was good and bed was not too hard. Only two pillows provided. Free WiFi worked great. The TV has movies but I think you need to pay for them. Free breakfast was served 8-10am. It was delicious with fruit, bread, yogurt, cereal, eggs, coffee, milk, juice, etc. Staff was friendly but didn’t speak English well. However, they gave us a paper with all the necessary info about the hotel in English. They let us store our luggage in the lobby during the morning as we arrived before check-in time. Location was very convenient as it was within walking distance to the express bus terminal, many restaurants and cafes, and a few of the historical sites. Overall, this was the best budget-friendly hotel that I’ve stayed at in Korea during two years. Highly recommend!

Room cleanliness was suspect; there were remains from a bug killed on the wall and numerous stains. AC unit wouldn’t turn off after starting. Only one small pillow, and two small towels which were not enough.

It is a mechanism that lights and air conditioners can be used by inserting a card. However, the refrigerator stays cold while you are out. There are no indoor slippers, so I recommend bringing your own.

This is not a hotel, even a 'mini' one in any sense of the word; but it is a very good quality, clean and simple guesthouse. The room was compact, but very clean, as was the decent-sized bathroom. Water was replaced daily, and so were towels, although we would prefer large ones to the small ones provided. A shower curtain or screen would also be better. WiFi was really quick. The room didn't have much storage or hanging space and the bracket for the TV was much too low. There were no sockets close to the beds, nor any bedside tables. Breakfast was simple: cereal, toast, butter, jam, instant coffee, orange juice and eggs that you could make youself. However, the kitchen was only available from 8am - 9.30am so this place wouldn't work for people wanting anything other than eggs, which were the only thing that the pans were allowed for, or to cook for themselves at other times. It is a short walk to the central attractions or to bus stops and the bus stations. Overall a perfectly decent guesthouse, but if it claims to be a hotel it needs to offer a bit more of what one might expect in one.
