Nos sentimos muy bien pero deben hacer algo con las hormigas de alas y las caribes tambien la nevera no enfriaba... A pesar de todo la pasamos de maravilla.

Had a few issues with the reservation but spoke the supervisor immediately was resolve, thanks 😊 so much for making your hotel my house for me and my family I’ll be back soon.

One bed missing, restaurant more often closed than open

There was an issue with payment of the room. They claimed never to have received the room so I had to pay cash for a room I had already “paid”. The hotel itself is beautiful and the apartment lovely and perfect for a large crowd. But customers should not have to pay double the money for this. Hopefully I can get reimburse.

Stayed a month in one of the condo units. This unit had been recently remodeled with nice furniture, bed, bathroom and living room. The only real complaint I would have is the size of the refrigerator and the electric hot plate. Storing food and cooking were a bit of a challenge. The porch area was very nice and spending the morning drinking coffee was a joy. The property and pool are very well maintained most days the swim up bar was staffed. Food at the restaurant was good if a little expensive. There is an in site store that has most of the items you might need if you forgot something in Sosua. The prices are a little high but reflect how far you are from stores. There is a calmado about a 10 minute walk where you can but stuff at a reasonable price. Overall I think this is a very nice place to stay if you want to get away and relax and would be good for couples or families with children. There is a shuttle bus that runs to Sosua for times a day with a 50 peso cost. Just be aware you are about a mile from the main road and if that and the cost does not deter you this is an excellent place to stay.

Great pool area but other than that the property needs to be better maintained. Check in after 5:00 and you deal with a security man who is not welcoming. Had 3 units and all were different and dated.

The property was ok . some of the rooms refeidgerators can be bigger

I love staying there, the only thing i think that needs improving on is the Lighting in the Hallways, and better Scheduling of the Restaurant times. It was hardly EVER open for Breakfast.

I had a broken lock on my Door, The supervising lady at the front desk was real rude to me .She charge me $20 for repairing my lock on my door ,This my third year here and I have problems with her every time I come she made a statement that she’ll make sure I’m never come back again .So I’m not coming back again she has something personal with me

I did like everything, nice personal, nice rooms and nice hotel
