The staff at the front desk was pleasant. I disliked the fact that the bathroom door was missing the handling, which means there was just a hole in the bathroom door. There was also a hole in the wall beside the bed. It was kinda creepy. I thought something would eventually come crawling out of the hole that was the size of my fist. This was unit #203. My parents stayed in #101 that didnt have a microwave or refrigerator. Atleast there were no holes in their wall!!!!!

Very convenience area and enjoyed the stay. Too bad there is no first floor was available. We have to used the stairs up& down with carriage. We are both over 70’s it was hard the staircase.

Bathroom was disgusting
The person at the front desk acted like he wanted to be anywhere else but there. I understand the feeling, but shouldn’t be visible to your guests. There was a hole cut out in the bathroom wall. Possibly for a waste bin, but there was no bin. There was also urine all around the bottom of the toilet and that was indescribably disgusting. The room itself seemed fairly clean to the naked eye. The tv was crooked and looked like it was about to fall off the wall. I’d rate it 2 out of 4 stars. That’s being generous.

Consider customer service for Employees
They were short staffed. Some staff (at check in) were friendly and professional while other members used profanity addressing me trying to get my card re-keyed for entry the next day. The woman who actually rekeyed it said it would be a bit, because she was folding sheets (clean sheets she placed on the tile) Good customer service conveniences the guest, not inconveniences the guest.

The pool is a neglected black swamp . When we checked in there was no one in the lobby. Another guest and i had to drive around the property to find a random woman who happened to work there but was "off that night" who drove to the lobby and unlocked the office to check us in. The door had no lock on the back. The light switchplate was shattered. Light bulbs missing in the room. The phone was unplugged and stored in the drawer? No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker in the room. We were catfished by the outdated pictures on the site.

The hotel was clean and convenient for my stay. The advertisement said there was microwave and refrigerator in the room, there was none. It wasn’t a problem however it may be for some guest.

Management is RUDE. POOR quality hotel
Staff is extremely RUDE and management is NEVER on the premises. No one returns phone calls. So called front desk manager has zero management qualities and poor customer service. I have been hung up on numerous times by Sac (what a name). Booked a room through Hotels.com and upon arriving at hotel, I was informed there weren’t any rooms available. All rooms were occupied. I then made the 3 hour return home because other hotels had no availability. After speaking with hotels.com concerning the matter, I was told that someone occupied “my reservation”. We never even entered a room at this hotel. I have been charged for this stay and have made numerous efforts to get a refund. I have gotten no where with hotel staff. Manager won’t be in for a week, front desk manager will speak to her and call me back. Yet to get a return call from Sac. She claims she is the only that works there that can handle the issue. But she is doing nothing resolve this. How’s that for customer service? AWFUL!! This hotel has STOLEN from me and is doing NOTHING to make the situation right. This hotel needs to be reviewed by corporate. After reading through reviews after the fact, it sounds as though the hotel is NASTY and full of homeless people. So my assumption is a homeless person occupied my room at my expense and received a bug filled shower with moist towels for drying off. Or a hotel staff member used it for “her acquaintance” and is covering her a** over the matter

No pool, several broken items in room, smoke detector not installed on ceiling stuck in a desk cubby. Furniture was old and broken down. Broken ice machine rusted fridge. Continental breakfast was late and only coffee and granola bars, pop tarts and muffins.

Gentlemen at the front desk was not very accommodating. I did arrive a little over an hour before official check in but was told I had to wait until 3pm. I could understand this if the hotel was full of guests but after speaking to the housekeeper she said that they were not full the night before and there were plenty of rooms already available. Room was you average Quality Inn room but there were some concerns with the dirtiness of some items. The fan in the bathroom was missing the cover and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a few years. Room did smell nice due to all the Glad Plug-Ins they had in the room.
