The responsible people are very nice. Reception people is perfect. They give me the room before check-in time. I forgot my sunglasses in the taxi. Reception Supervisor helped me a lot, and RTA found the sunglasses and the taxi driver brought it to hotel. The location is very near to the metro station. It is very close to Deira City Centre Mall. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean. Overall Price&performance is perfectly fine.
