O apartamento está muito danificado, os móveis estão com muitas avarias , tem uma vista bonita da sacada, mas o imóvel e seus utensílios estão bem ruins , ressalto por exemplo que não tinha o mínimo para se lavar um copo como sabão líquido uma esponja ou um guardanapo.
