O café da manhã também estava impecável. Havia uma grande variedade de itens e sempre com reposição bem tempestiva. Todos estão de parabéns.

A estadia foi ótima, mas é importante na hora da reserva destacar quais quartos tem acessibilidade. O banheiro do meu quarto, por exemplo, não entrava a cadeira de banho. Já no quarto do meu irmão o banheiro era totalmente adaptado e acessível.

Fiquei duas datas neste hotel em semanas diferentes, nesta tive uma experiência dentro do padrão cobrado pelo hotel, mas na seguinte foi extremamente insatisfatória. Estacionamento pago mas o carro acordou na rua

Tive problemas com a Lavanderia, cobraram um valor absurdo pelo serviço e ainda esqueceram do prazo, deixei as peças na segunda as 20hrs e me foi informado que seriam entregues na terça ate as 08hrs, avisei que podiam entregar mais tarde pois precisaria apenas para a noite, cheguei no hotel as 19hrs e me informaram que haviam esquecido de enviar as roupas para lavanderia e que me entregariam nas próximas horas. Atendimento deixa muito a desejar, e detalhe que me cobraram estacionamento mas meu carro amanheceu na rua, péssima experiência.
